The first ever Christian Leaders Technology Forum sponsored by the Crowell Trust and Maclellan Foundation was held at the Computer History Museum Mountain View, California.  The forum brought together over 100 Christian leaders and Silicon Valley tech specialist to discuss common technology issues facing Christian ministries. 

Representing WETIA was executive director Walker Tzeng, who also participated in a special education technology forum which bought together IT directors from various Christian schools around the United States. 

The conference was extremely fruitful in building connections with other Christian leaders in the field of technology. The forum was the first of its kind and the goal is to gather once a year, including separate gatherings for education technology specialist.
