WETIA hosted an education technology workshop at the KBA conference of German bible schools and seminaries held November 20-21, 2014. Schools from across Germany and Europe attended the workshop to learn about incorporating technology into their curriculum. Workshop facilitator Dr. Walker Tzeng also advised schools on initial steps to take towards teaching blended and online education.

While in Europe, Dr. Tzeng also visited numerous seminaries, mission organizations, and ministries to interact with institutional officials on education technology needs throughout Germany and Europe. Further plans are forthcoming for WETIA to host its own 2-day education technology workshop designed for faculty training and institutional support.

Dr. Tzeng’s visit throughout Germany and Europe was planned and hosted in part by Dr. Mark Wagner, a long-time missionary in Europe and head of Release e.V. ministry. WETIA extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Wagner for his hospitality.
